FBI’s Ten Most Wanted
Eric Justin Toth
Eric Justin Toth is wanted for possession of child pornography and production of child pornography. The former private school teacher allegedly possessed child pornography in Washington D.C., including pornographic images that were found on a school camera that he had been using. Toth is also suspected of having produced child pornography in Maryland as well.
Toth is said to be an expert at computer technology, having a superior knowledge of the internet and security awareness. An expert at social engineering, he is capable of integrating into various socio-economic classes. His educational background is conducive to finding employment in fields having a connection to children, such as tutoring or as a male nanny. He may advertise for these positions online.
After attending Cornell University for a year, Toth transferred to Purdue University, where he graduated with an education degree. He may have traveled to Virginia, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and Minnesota since June of 2008, and he is believed to have lived in Arizona in 2009.
Jason Derek Brown
Jason Derek Brown is wanted for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution, first degree murder and armed robbery in Phoenix, Arizona. In November of 2004, Brown purportedly shot and killed an armored car guard outside a movie theater and fled with the money.
Brown possesses a Masters Degree in International Business and speaks French fluently. He likes to golf, snowboard, ski, and ride dirt bikes. Brown craves attention, frequents nightclubs and may be bisexual. He enjoys showing off his expensive vehicles, boats, and other high-priced items.
The fugitive has ties to California, Arizona, and Utah and is known to have traveled to other countries, such as France and Mexico. He is known under many different aliases, including: Derek Brown, Greg Johnson, Harline Johnson, Greg Harline Johnson, John Brown, and Jay Brown.
Joe Luis Saenz
Joe Luis Saenz is wanted for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution, murder, kidnapping, rape and parole violation. In July 1998 Saenz is believed to have shot and killed two gang members in Los Angeles. It is suspected that he then kidnapped, raped, and murdered his girlfriend two weeks after the incident. Again, in October of 2008, he is believed to have murdered another innocent in Los Angeles County.
Saenz may be working for a Mexican drug cartel, traveling between the US and Mexico. He carries a weapon and has made threats to murder a police officer upon his arrest.
Saenz has a pierced ear and multiple tattoos, including the words “Natalie” and “Cuatro” written on his left arm, “Flats” on his right arm, “In Memory Serelone Flew” and “Flats4” both on his back and another unknown tattoo on his chest. However, H is suspected to have removed his tattoos with a laser.
Glen Stewart Godwin
Glen Stewart Godwin is wanted for unlawful flight to avoid confinement, murder, and escape. Godwin escaped from Folsom State Prison in California in 1987. He was serving a sentence for murder. He was again arrested in the same year for drug trafficking in Mexico and was imprisoned for that crime in Guadalajara. Godwin escaped prison a second time, however, after murdering an inmate in 1991.
Godwin is believed to be involved in narcotics distribution and is thought to be traveling throughout South and Central America, including Mexico. He has used multiple aliases and speaks fluent Spanish.
Robert William Fisher
Robert William Fisher is wanted for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution, three counts of first degree murder, and arson of an occupied structure. Fisher is suspected of having killed his wife and two children in April of 2001. He is then thought to have blown up the home that the family lived in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Fisher is said to be a highly active outdoorsman and physically in very good shape. He hunts and fishes and is also known for his chewing tobacco habit.
Fisher was born in Brooklyn, New York. He also has connections in New Mexico and Florida. He possesses some notable physical characteristics, including a visible gold crown on his upper left bi-cuspid tooth. He is also known to sometimes walk with dramatically erect posture while pushing his stomach out due to a back injury in the past. He has large scars on his lower back from surgery.
Semion Mogilevich is wanted for fraud by wire,RICO conspiracy, mail fraud, money laundering conspiracy, aiding and abetting, securities fraud, filing false registration with theSEC, and falsification of books and records. Mogilevich is suspected of having been involved in a scheme between 1993 and 1998. Thousands of investors lost more than 150 million U.S. dollars in the stock of a public company incorporated in Canada and headquartered in Newtown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Mogilevich purportedly funded and authorized the scheme. He was indicted in April of 2003.
Although Mogilevich primarily resides in Moscow, Russia, he may also possess Israeli, Ukrainian and Greek passports.
Eduardo Ravelo is wanted for engaging in the affairs of an enterprise through a pattern of racketeering activities, conspiracy to conduct the affairs of an enterprise through a pattern of racketeering activities, conspiracy to launder monetary instruments, and conspiracy to possess heroin, cocaine and marijuana with the intent to distribute. In 2008, Ravelo was indicted in Texas for his crimes. It is suspected that his criminal activities began in 2003.
Ravelo is an alleged Captain in the Barrio Azteca gang and is purportedly responsible for giving orders to members living in Juarez, Mexico. Ravelo and the Barrio Azteca members may act as “hitmen” for the Vicente Carrillo Fuentes Drug Trafficking Organization and may have committed numerous murders. Ravelo has connections in Mexico and El Paso, Texas.
Alexis Flores is wanted for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution, kidnapping and murder. Alexis Flores was allegedly involved in the kidnapping and murder of a five year old girl in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The girl was found strangled to death in an apartment in August 2000, a month after she was reported missing.
Flores is known to have used multiple aliases, including: Mario Flores, Mario Roberto Flores, Mario F. Roberto, Alex Contreras and Alesis Contreras. He is of Honduran nationality.
Victor Manuel Gerena
Victor Manuel Gerena is wanted for bank robbery, unlawful flight to avoid prosecution, armed robbery, and theft from interstate shipment. Gerena is purportedly connected with an armed robbery in which $7 million was stolen from a Connecticut security company in 1987. Gerena is said to have taken security guards hostage at gunpoint, handcuffed and bound them and proceeded to inject them with a substance that disabled them.
He was born in New York City and has worked as a machinist and a security guard.
Flores has ties to Honduras.
Fidel Urbina is wanted for first degree murder, aggravated kidnapping, unlawful flight to avoid prosecution, aggravated sexual assault and failure to appear. Urbina purportedly beat and raped a woman in March 1998. He again beat, raped and strangled a second woman to death while he was out on bond. The second woman’s body was found in the trunk of a burned car in Chicago, Illinois.
It is speculated that Urbina may be living in Durango, Mexico. He also has connections in Chicago, Illinois.
